Tiny Toes Reflexology and Baby Massage offers you a unique way to help your baby using simple, easy to learn reflexology (for the feet) and massage (for the body) techniques.
Babies communicate with us through crying and touch. (And boy can they cry!) Tiny Toes classes will teach you how to respond to those signals, and create some calm during those unsettled times. They will increase your confidence with your baby, encourage your bond to build and give yourself some one on one time together.
Empower yourself – by using these techniques, you can help your baby to:
*Sleep – show them how to relax, encourage them to go to sleep more easily and stay asleep for longer
*Ease their pain and discomfort from:
*Colic
*Reflux
*Constipation
*Coughs
*Colds
*Teething
*Promote their development
*Have some tummy time
Tiny Toes Classes
*Are in a block of 4, once a week for 4 weeks
*Small sessions – maximum of 4 babies at a time
*Held in my home – a warm, cosy environment for little ones
*Everything is provided – rugs, towels, oil if you need it. And especially tea and cake!
*Just turn up with baby! (Plus an extra feed, babies get thirsty after treatment)
*You will learn a full body massage technique and reflexology points on the feet covering the whole body
*Each baby will receive a reflexology treatment from me, using advanced reflexology techniques, during the class.
*You will receive full colour pictures and information regarding the routines to your inbox after each session – enabling you to have easy access to them whenever you need them
*You will gain the confidence to be able to quickly and effectively calm your baby, anytime, anywhere using the knowledge you have gained
*On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance
If classes are not for you, I offer one to one sessions too. Choose the option that suits you!
Why should I come to learn Tiny Toes Reflexology and Baby Massage?
I remember only too well those early days of being a mum. “What have I done?!” “What do I do?!” were uttered fairly regularly to myself (and more than occasionally to my husband!) I wish I had known then that baby reflexology and massage existed. I would have loved to meet people who were in the same position, to talk to someone who not only “got it” but could give me some tools to help. Increasing my knowledge and confidence about what was happening to my baby, and empowering me to do something positive would have made the world of difference to me.
Come and learn with me. Come and talk to other people who are where you are right now. If that’s too much, come and talk to me, learn with me on your own (or bring some support!) This course WILL make a difference to you and your baby.
